1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Speedy Clean (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Speedy Clean provides users with photo and video optimization and management utilities, including but not limited to Fast Clean, AI Albums, Swipe Photos, and Trash recovery management. These features are designed to assist you in organizing your device gallery and managing local storage efficiently.
3. License and Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control. You agree not to: decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App offers optional Premium subscription plans giving access to advanced functionalities.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings after purchase.
5. Core Local Data Processing and Disclaimers
To deliver local scanning, duplicate detection, and file management services, the App requires system permissions to access your photo gallery. All media scanning and data analysis are executed entirely on your local device. Speedy Clean does not upload, copy, or back up your personal photos or videos to cloud servers.
Deletion Disclaimer: The App acts upon your explicit operations and selections. All file deletions and modifications are permanently performed in accordance with your final confirmation. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the files you select to remove, and that we shall not be held liable for any data loss, inadvertent deletion of important files, or any consequences resulting from your use of the App's cleaning functions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedy Clean and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
