Welcome to Speedy Clean ("we," "our," or "us"). We are fully committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you download, install, and use our mobile application, Speedy Clean (the "App").

2. Information Access and Collection

To deliver our core photo cleaning, sorting, and gallery optimization services, the App requires access to specific data on your device:

  • Photo Gallery and Video Access: With your explicit, system-level permission, the App accesses your local photo library to perform functions such as Fast Clean, AI Albums, and Swipe Photos.
  • Device and Usage Data: We may collect non-personal, technical information (such as device model, OS version, and application performance logs) to maintain app stability and troubleshoot errors.
  • Subscription and Purchase Information: All transaction, billing, and subscription data are processed securely via Apple's App Store system. We do not collect, view, or store your credit card or financial details.

3. Google User Data

Speedy Clean provides email cleanup features through Google Sign-In. After you authorize access to your Gmail account, the App accesses only the information necessary to deliver its email management and cleanup features.

Gmail Data We Access

Read-Only Access (gmail.readonly)

With your permission, Speedy Clean retrieves Gmail metadata, including:

  • Sender information
  • Email subject
  • Date received
  • Gmail labels
  • Message size
  • List-Unsubscribe information (when available)

This information is used solely to help you organize your inbox by identifying subscription emails, large emails, old messages, and other emails that you may wish to review or clean up.

Modify Access (gmail.modify)

If you choose to clean selected emails, Speedy Clean will perform only the actions you explicitly request.

Depending on your selection, the App may:

  • Apply the TRASH label to selected messages;
  • Remove the INBOX or UNREAD label from selected messages.

These operations move the selected emails to Gmail Trash using Gmail's standard behavior. Any unsubscribe request is initiated only after your explicit action and uses information already contained within the selected email.

How We Use Your Gmail Data

Speedy Clean only accesses Gmail data to provide the features you request.

We do not:

  • Permanently delete emails outside of Gmail's Trash system;
  • Sell, rent, or share your Gmail data for advertising purposes;
  • Use Gmail data to build advertising profiles;
  • Perform any operation on your mailbox without your explicit confirmation.

Google API Compliance

Speedy Clean's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

Speedy Clean does not retain Gmail data on our servers.

All Gmail information accessed through the Gmail API is processed locally on your device only for the purpose of displaying and managing your mailbox while you are using the App.

We do not store your email content, sender information, subjects, labels, or other Gmail data on our servers.

Data Deletion

You may stop sharing Gmail data with Speedy Clean at any time by:

Once access is revoked or the application is removed, any Gmail information temporarily cached on your device is automatically deleted.

Because Speedy Clean does not retain Gmail data on our servers, no server-side deletion is required.

4. How Your Information Is Processed

  • Local Processing (On-Device): Your privacy is our highest priority. The scanning, evaluation, and categorization of your photos and videos (including finding duplicate photos, analyzing screenshots, or organizing files into AI Albums) are performed entirely on your local device. We do not upload your private media files to external servers.
  • App Initialization: Upon startup, the App reads local configurations, checks user subscription status, and initializes necessary ad or attribution SDK configurations to provide an optimized user experience.

5. Third-Party Services

To optimize app performance, monitor system stability, and measure marketing attribution, the App integrates several trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These third parties may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable technical data (such as your device's advertising identifier, device model, operating system version, and app interaction logs). They have absolutely no access to your personal photos or videos.

The specific third-party services integrated into the App are:

  • AppsFlyer — Used for mobile marketing attribution and data analytics. It helps us accurately evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover our App.
  • Meta (Facebook) — Used for advertisement attribution and marketing analytics. It allows us to measure the performance of our advertisements and deliver optimized user experiences.
  • Firebase (Google) — Used for application performance monitoring, crash reporting, and core data analytics. It helps us track app stability, identify technical bugs, and continuously improve overall user experience.

6. Data Security

We implement strict industry-standard technical and organizational measures to ensure the highest level of security for your data.

To provide absolute protection for your personal privacy, all core analysis and management features of the App are designed based on On-Device Processing (local execution). Your photos, videos, and media files are never transmitted, uploaded, or stored on any external cloud servers. By processing everything locally, we effectively eliminate any data leak risks associated with cloud storage and network transmission, ensuring your personal privacy remains fully under your private control.

7. Managing Permissions

You maintain complete control over your data. You can grant, modify, or revoke permission to access your photo gallery at any time through your iOS system settings. Please note that revoking these permissions will prevent the App's scanning and cleaning features from working.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page, with a revised "Last updated" date.
